If you are not familiar with Zoom, read this before you start .

YOU can click on the link any time in advance to do the download and set up portion. You will then have a Zoom icon (blue) on your desktop. When you click the icon you will see the "Join Meeting Screen." Just type the meeting ID anbd click Join - see below for more info

You are asked to click on a link (DARK PRINT). If you already have zoom, it will take you to the Join Meeting screen where you can enter the "Meeting ID" and click "JOIN" no password will be needed.

If you have not yet installed ZOOM, the link will take you to a screen asking if you will ALLOW your computer to download and install ZOOM. Please click on "Allow." After the download and installation you will see the "Join Meeting" screen. Click on Join Meeting. Please use the Meeting ID shown and click "Join."   Note: Join with Audio and Join with Video (ON)
